New tier of vanilla-friendly burning machines for endgame/modpacks #392

Since self-igniting furnaces are "canon" now with the power of the Nether, I suggest adding a third tier of burner machines that work on their own for end-game. They operate on input and output without igniters (but still consuming fuel) similar to vanilla furnaces and only require some reinforced framework. This feature would also open many possibilities for modpacks, either those wanting to extend the tech tree or those wanting to simplify the process a lot.

It would be nice if there was a config option to make them use fuel anyways for those who want to use these in their modpacks as a higher tier machine that would still require fuel.

You misunderstood the point, they DO require fuel anyways. The only difference is that they do NOT require manual igniting. In other words, they work as vanilla furnaces: you add fuel, an input, and it starts burning (because they use an internal blaze rod igniter instead of external flint & steel or similar)

Ah, I apologize, I thought you meant that they wouldn't use any fuel.
