Issue Description
Changing Crude tool durability inside the config doesn't work.
What Happens
Changing Crude tools' durability inside the config will not actually change the durability.
What You Expect to Happen
The Crude tools will have their durability changed to whatever you changed it to inside the config. (I changed it to 12 for example)
