Make Projects Page Counter Dynamic #23

On the projects page, we say:

Since 2014, we've helped create software for 15+ nonprofits and impact groups. Here's two of our favorites.

regardless of how many case studies are shown. We should instead either

  1. Make the two dynamically set based on the number of case studies shown OR
  2. Re-word the sentence so we don't commit to a particular number, e.g. Here are some of our favorites
