Consider adding a "User's capacity" field, display "remaining capacity" #140

I'm working with some teams where the sprint planning process includes assigning point estimates to a list of tasks and then assigning tasks to a user until she reaches her capacity. We currently use a spreadsheet to manage this process and it would be ideal to manage it within CodeTree. I think the simplest way of handling that, which would still provide a lot of value to us would be to have a single "capacity" field for each user. CodeTree already provides a point total for issues assigned to a user. It would be ideal to also display the user's total capacity and the user's remaining capacity, which would simply be the user's capacity minus the total for the view.
