Differentiate and filter out Draft All PRs #377

Background

Github has introduced Draft PRs, enabling dev teams to see a PR and consider the changes before requesting a review. Teams are now incorporating this new PR status into their workflows, most commonly looking to filter out draft PRs from other PRs for code reviews. However, Codetree doesn't currently accommodate this workflow.

Request

Provide ability to filter out draft PRs or some other solution so that Draft PRs can be managed differently than regular PRs

To provide some context on what I'd love to get out of the feature, I'd envision there being a step between "When a matching branch is created on GitHub" and "When a new PR is open" image For my purposes, I'd either add a new swimlane and use this hook to move it to that column, or I'd set that automated step to do nothing so it stays in "In Progress". My team often opens up draft PRs so other devs can look at the code as its being worked on. Currently, this will move the ticket to "In Code Review" when I would prefer the issue stays in "In Progress"
