Description

This pull request replaces the defunct Travis CI badge with the GitHub Workflows CI badge. It's just one minor change in the README.md file.

This pull request addresses Issue #1769 .

Am am closing this pull request because it's redundant. Pull Request #1750 addresses this issue and needs to be merged.
