Error is displayed when clicking on username #11

When I'm logged in to the DocsDoctor.org site, and I click on my username (the link between Home and Sign Out at the top of the page), the following error message is displayed:

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.
