I was checking the site with a mobile phone and it was a bit wonky with elements going offscreen and text being oddly sized.
So when I got back to a proper computer, I pulled the repo and poked around a bit. Biggest change is changing the load order of the Bootstrap CSS files. It should improve the mobile usability of the app everywhere and not screw around with the desktop experience.
