Categorise rights-popup #1960

Since the video rights are now also displayed in the pop-up, it should either be just "Rights:" in front of it or the video rights should only be displayed in a second paragraph. Currently, "Image rights" is displayed for everything.

The file rights section in the info box now is just titled "Media". File rights can now also be displayed inline right where images/videos/audios are used. See FAQ entry for an overview of all options.
