Codewars keeps eating my solutions in the solution page

It often happens to me that my solution just completely disappears from the solution page after a kata republish for no reasons. Re-submitting the code again doesn't help at all.

It seems that this only happens to me? I rarely see other power users having the same issue.

I'm currently unable to see my F# solutions at https://www.codewars.com/kata/sort-an-array-by-value-and-index/solutions/fsharp/me/best_practice but at the same time I can see two listed at https://www.codewars.com/users/USERNAME/completed_solutions.
