Add autocompletion for existing clan names. #1122

This can prevent the problem of Clans which are actually the same organisation but spelled incorrectly or put as the initialism.

i.e. MIT would be put as a separate clan from M.I.T, and as a separate clan from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and from the (sic) Massechusetts Institute of Technology.

We all know they really should be the same clan. But the current method makes them into separate entities.

Of course, the option should still exist to create a new clan in the same method as currently.

+1 to this. I currently study at HKUST and put my clan name as "The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology" but so far I can only find about 2-3 users with the same clan name (and all at 8/7 kyu) which I find unbelievable - my university puts a huge emphasis on Engineering and has quite a high ranking globally in Computer Science. I think the most likely case is that most Codewarriors from UST simply put their clan name as "HKUST" which would explain why I'm not automatically allied to them.

@jhoffner Perhaps this proposal could be considered provided that it isn't too hard to implement? Cheers :smile:
