Received notification for approving other's translation in my kata myself #1304

Except it was me who approved the translation. I don't think it used to do this before, or this would be the intended behaviour.

(By the way, if it helps, the translation was 2 weeks ago. Probably have to do with the 1 week limit?)

This happened again in http://www.codewars.com/kata/ascii-games-warning-ice: I approved a dangling translation that I somehow didn't get notification in the comments, and I got a notification for this.

I don't know if this was intended or not, but a notification is sent to the kata author whenever a translation is approved. I'll remove disable it if the user that approved is the author.

It's probably possible to use this to implement #816

@kazk IIRC this only triggers when I leave a translation to my own katas unapproved for too long, so it probably has to do with the 1 week limit check.
