The idea was that if you like it one way then you probably always like it that way, but I can see for simple comments that it might be annoying. We could move this setting into the user settings. More importantly though, I question how important having the editor in the comments matters anymore, and if we would be better served just having a normal text box (so that auto correct works again).
If I enable vim or emacs mode in the kata editor, it will also get enabled for comments. However, since there is no way to disable the mode in the comments, I cannot disable it, until I train on a kata again.
