Obsolete Problems Aren't Removed After Refactoring #3131

Describe the bug

I refactored a problem marked as obsolete in the Codewars tab under profile and it has not been removed from "Obsolete" even though it shows up under "Completed."

Original issue and ticket (not fully resolved)
