[Activity] Migrate Olympics Accelerometer to this repo

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the Olympics activity is sitting in a separate repo. It seems functionally integratable into the main wrapper library (we just need to add a disclaimer that it only works with the Circuit Playground currently).

Describe the solution you'd like Merge the Olympics activity into the example repo as its own activity file.
