About

Promotion banner feature is functionally complete as of #25 but there's a few visual bugs with responsiveness.

Expected result

Ideally:

banner's text and image contents should scale / collapse as needed
banner ribbon should always be in ribbon form
- currently the ribbon reverts to a div container on desktop media format
banner should span across the nav bar, not just the <main> content
