Issue: Map UpdateJobPost in JobRestController.java Feature Overview: The objective is to map a feature that allows users to update a job post in the JobRestController.java. This will update the specified job post from the system.

Implementation Details: Map Update Job Post Endpoint in JobRestController:

Add a new @PutMapping method to handle the updation of a job post.
