Describe the bug

Mobile view not fully centered
Mobile view vertical spacing can be heavily reduced
Mobile view broken with the ranking tag; have it wrap above or below

Additional suggestions:

Add a conditional display of 'no challengers' or something when the leaderboard list is empty? (should there be a seasonal cycle of challenges eventually with an all-time high score option to toggle between? stretch goal?)
- Hide users from leaderboard unless points are > 0 ?

Fixed XP and rank sorting. Mobile view still broken.

Leaderboard scaling needs work. Applying dev tag for now.
