Describe the bug Moderation functionality limited/incomplete Able to search and 'add moderators' but nowhere to accept/reject invitation to moderate Moderated challenges list under 'Challenges' page && Moderations page itself on a user's own Profile doesn't show anything

Fixed the ability to see, accept, and remove moderators.. but do we need to accept/reject? Once terminated, re-invites to moderation do not show so some logic would still need added. [Moderation states are Pending, Active, and Terminated] .. Will strip out accept/remove & mod status and keep it simple with create vs delete for mod role allocation instead.

[add conditional menu visual change when feedback provided] [clear search results on modal open; text colors; spacing adjustment; create/remove mod behavior change; add feedback section] [removed some unused components and trimmed files; removed active vs pending field on challenge moderators]
