Storage request component improvements

Aqeel gave me some improvements to implement:

• Add a OR section and make a clear separation with titles between sections
• Change the files order when uploading a new file (new files are coming up)
• Add an option to restrict the upload to one file. The icon should changed and a warning message should be displayed when the user is trying to upload more than one file
• Fix a drag and drop issue
• Remove the CID when the user remove the file uploaded
• Position the step label at the bottom of the separator to keep the bar width equals
• When selection the amount of time for availability, reverse order and choose months as default
• Change the input order in the durability screen
• Change storage request expiration from seconds to minutes

I added two more improvements:

• An animation when the CID is filled
• A success screen when the request is done

Some research and experimentation has to been done to see how reduce the steps in the stepper and integrate some sliders for availability and durability and the effects on the price.

This issue is partially blocked by the UI element needed from the design.

• [x] Block the submit the input values don't pass the validations
• [x] Change the words used to describe the different levels in the sliders
• [x] Add time unit select for the availability
• [x] Separate in two sections: Durability and Commitment
• [x] Breakdown the second row in two other rows with Availability + Expiration and Reward + Collateral
• [x] Use buttons with icons for presets instead of slider
• [ ] Aqeel validate the suggestion of using this component for price discovery feature :
