TestNet Discord Rewards #97

When participants in the TestNet reach certain milestones, they should be rewarded with Roles in the Discord server.

For example:

  1. A testnet participant successfully hosts a 1GB slot for 24h
  2. The TestNet system automatically gives them a "Solid Host!" Discord role.
  3. The TestNet system automatically posts an announcement message of this achievement in the Rewards server channel.

1GB is too little 4-8 per slot would be much more realistic and insightful.
