Fix tests on Nim 1.6.12 #30

Ignore the nimble.lock at the root level when running tests. Use renamed 'results' library.

FYI, you can just remove the lock file, it was a failed experiment, AFAICT

Thanks, good to hear that they're not needed right now. I do expect nimble.lock files to become relevant once they are supported by the nimble version that is bundled with nim.
