Fix for Firefox Marketplace #347

We were not allowed to change the origin of the app in manifest.webapp. So, we rewrote some code :)

In this merge, there is still the github repo at codexa, but firetext is now located at airbornos (thereby breaking old links to issues - I reported against GitHub). You should address that, too.

(Why did the repo author changed by the way?)

@Ryuno-Ki the repo author changed because Airborn OS is now sponsoring our auth server (the old one can't be used anymore because the company stopped maintenance).

Where did you notice the broken issue links?

In my notification area (click the bell icon in the navigation on GitHub). It pointed to codexa/firetext, which isn't up anymore. GitHub should deal with that.
