Brainstorming Waiver UX and Functionality #66

per conversation on monday with paul and preston - just based on an initial understanding of how the system works but here are my thoughts: we should first ask people their insurance and we have the logic already for certain insurances and their plans (including whether or not those plans cover certain things that allow you to waive cardinal care) -for other insurances that aren't already in the system, then the lowest hanging fruit is to treat our system as a triage system where we group the insurances by the same name together and then have people manually figure out whether so are approved the way they do now - if they can be, we can add this insurance and plan to our system and it can be automatically approved from then on. -people would still manually input things like the dates of their specific plan but what an insurance plan covers should be consistent and we should be able to figure that out without asking the person all of the questions
