Add back to top button in the website #15

Currently there is no feature to directly jump to a set. This issue requires to give IDs to sets so that one can modify the URLs to reach a particular set with ease. Do minimal changes. No extra buttons required. An id top to go back to the top will also be good. For this an extra button will be good in the footer.
