Add missing Data Structures and Algorithm. #487

Hi, I am Nikhil Raj. I am using Python for the last few months and I want to contribute by adding the following Data Structures and Algorithm : Arrays and Linked Lists Tuples, Dictionaries, Sets, and Slicing Python Lists Binary Search Trees, Recursion Sorting [algorithms] Divide and Conquer

Stacks and Queues Hashing, Hash Tables, Graph Traversing Dynamic Programming

The whole purpose of the project is this issue. There is hardly any point in opening something like this. Closing.
