Prevent the level from completing upon contacting a closed checkpoint
DRY up common code between checkpoint entity factories
Add status badges to README
Add explanation of the game architecture
Add README table of contents

CompleteLevel.lua ought to be under a components/ folder as it's technically not a System proper (just using the knife.system library to compose it). We can move this though when we create the components folder.
