Make AWS Swarm node gateway compatible and point our application to it #89

gateway buys stamps in background if request header contains swarm-postage-batch-id: 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 need to buy stamp.batch and provide id to request using swarm-cli is simplest calculate postage batch size using the swarm desktop app which has a calculator inside it https://github.com/ethersphere/gateway-ui https://github.com/ethersphere/gateway-proxy https://github.com/fairDataSociety/stampkeeper
