ACD-12 Embed Boon in Backdoor artifact #13

Description of the Change

Embed Boon inside the Backdoor artifact to ensure all required dependencies aside from OSGi are included.

Verification Process

Check the manifest file for the Backdoor artifact to ensure it no longer requires Boon and verify the generated bundle jar file.
