Use the official CXF and Camel feature files for Karaf

What does this PR do?

Removed the forked versions of the CXF and Camel feature files and now use the official feature files. This also allows downstream distributions to use different versions of CXF and Camel. Upgraded Camel to 3.14.1 to verify changes.
