Add missing 'mini.nvim' plugins #134

This PR makes list of 'mini.nvim' plugins in 'SUBMITTED-PLUGINS.md' up to date.

I'll add these soon, this feature is no longer supported and I need to remove this file. Plugins are now added here: https://dotfyle.com/neovim/plugins/add

You can keep the PR and i'll use it as a reference to add the plugins!

I see. It makes more sense now, since I remember seeing some of the missing plugins on the site.
