Tag descriptions and wikis can be edited, but the edit history is not visible. Only a few people can edit now, but that will change over time. I think we'll really want to be able to view history by the time we implement https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/issues/325, but we can do this piece independently.
One thing that has to be worked out is how to show the history for the two different parts. Do we want separate history (and separate links) for the two parts, one intermingled list (so each entry would have to be labeled description or wiki), something else?
https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/issues/807 is a similar request for edit history on help topics. It is possible that there is (or could be) some common structure for these "not really posts but kind of like posts" objects.
