It is not currently possible to search the help -- help posts don't show up in general search and there's no help-specific search. Some topics are covered in help but aren't top-level, making them hard to find, and as the help grows, search becomes more important. Ideally, general search would support help and a search initiated on any help page would pre-populate whatever you add to a search query to specify help.
We do have a special post type for help, which you can choose in search, but that doesn't work. People looking for help might not think of post types (that's kind of arcane), so maybe we want some sort of "in help" syntax too.
