The list of communities in the footer is a single column and pretty long. We could adjust the layout, but that list already isn't entirely accurate, and also, we have the community switcher at the top. Further, the left column in the footer already links to the list of communities.
Let's remove the individual communities from the footer as redundant.
Stretch goals that could be considered in other issues if they're not easy:
On desktop, lay out the remaining links to use the space better (multiple shorter columns).
Make the target of the "other communities" link be configurable at the network level instead of hardcoding codidact.com. (Maybe that is already the case? I'm not sure where to look.)
