Some parts of the moderator tools interface say:
Take care! These actions may not be reversible and you will not be asked to confirm after initiating an action.
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally these would instead ask to confirm before proceeding. The warning can remain for emphasis, but will no longer need to say "you will not be asked to confirm".

Raised in order to avoid making #767 a larger pull request. This issue can be worked on once that pull request is finished and merged.
