Right now, --skip is better than nothing, but has limitations:
Some workflows won't have been used within the period. If you have a lot of data and you're just trying to figure out where the usage is going, that's noise, and it might be nice to filter out the noise. Not a deal breaker, but could be useful.
Some workflows have statuses other than active and you might want to skip those.
Do you want to skip entire repos whose actions have no usage in the current period?
I doubt I know all of the things people might want to skip, but giving people a bit more control over what's included and what isn't would be nice.
