Make it also accept links #23

Could be added in the /google command or a different one. Here's my feature ideas:

Whitelist domains (so ppl don't make it search for nsfw)
Accept direct links, like https://github.com/yxqsnz or https://wikipedia.com/wiki/Window_manager

I think that will better to create a /web and subcommands for it.

Examples:

/web google query:String
/web wikipedia query:String
/web github user:String repo?:String

that would be extra work for you, but would be nice too
