Add inspector #392

I know veles is visualization tool but it also looks like a nice hex editor and misses it.

I wish I could ditch commercial hex editors and use some open source instead.

We definitely want to implement this feature someday, but for now we are focused on other stuff (e.g. better parsers). And yes, we aim to become a decent hexeditor and binary analyzer in the future, but there's still a lot of work to be done. I'm marking this issue as a suggested feature for contributors, maybe we could find someone willing to implement this.
