Related to #114 #99

BEFORE YOU START WORKING ON THIS TASK, talk to developer who work on #114 on the share of the data for job title and employer.
User story: As a user, I would like to see more consistency in what is showing for project lead's current position.

Deliverable: Current position should formatted as '${job title} at ${employer}'
