Add Copy, Footer #52

[x] Moves Platform Summary to dedicated component
[x] Adds (edited) copy to Welcome page
[x] Extracts, styles and adds Footer to App

The copy is added in order to be discussed further. The changes propose the following structure:

The main paragraph is to explain what She's Coding Projects is
The three supporting paragraphs are to highlight
- Benefits of being a contributor to potential contributors
- Benefits of being a lead to potential leads
- Benefits of collaboration on projects to all

If this overall structure makes sense, let's work on improving the copy. If not, let's discuss structure prior to improving the copy.
