Fixes #39: Multiple Selection of Images, Regions and Sizes #42

Fixed multiple selection ofImages, Regions and Sizes. Now only 1 of each category gets selected. Also, if user selects some option and minimises the app, the option stays selected when user returns to app. screenshotcapture_2017_06_05_20_34_36 mp4
