Update ctdl.py to remove argparse.ArgumentError #20

Running ctdl/ctdl.py produces argparse.ArgumentError . It is shown in the screenshot below: Screenshot 2019-10-13 at 20 56 53

Workaround : This can be fixed by commenting out the --w argument with default="".
