Here is my first attempt at writing on-boarding documentation. Please as you @thegamelessplayer7 @hayyc143 as you all are on-boarding the bot, document any questions you had come up or issues that you had so they can become part of the documentation.

There may be a docker option that we'll add later but this is it for now.
