!points command returns total of points instead of channel-specific points #74

after PR #58 when the person is not in the table is shown as a 9th place. however, as for right now, it counts the global amount of points and not the total amount.

there's another issue related to this part that is, if the person is the caller, they may want to know what position in the table they'll be, but right now it shows the person as the #9, even if they were the 100. To solve this will require a more complex work.
