Describe the bug

I have noticed that the styling of the Login page and Login form is not very appealing.
The page is not responsive.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I will redesign the Login page.
I will improve the CSS of the Login form and improve the HTML structure.
I will make the page responsive using bootstrap.

Expected Behavior

It should be responsive and should have modern CSS styling.

Current Behavior

Same as described above.
