Add translations for Beginners_Guide #7

Under the heading, read in other languages, add language name as link to redirect to translation in that language.

Please save the file as language _ guide.md (Eg : Hindi_guide.md, etc.)

ok go ahead! Save it as Russian_guide.md in the folder translations

It seems you have added translation for the readme.md. You are supposed to add translation for beginners_guide.md
