[Project] Laravel + Vue.js file selector #4

Create a file selector which can be easily added to an already existing Laravel + Vue.js app.

Proof of concept (POC) features:

config: set storage (not allowed to leave the storage)
config: guard for authorisation
view: show files/directories in a folder (filename, size, create date)
action: double click opens folder or triggers select event
action: single click selects file
action: "Select" button triggers event
