An application that helps parents and children who need to find information about our VSCPI high school. For this we provide an interactive way called Atesh. This is a chatbot that answers questions related to high school. The solution is presented in two ways - a web application and a mobile application.
Chapter 1 : The problem (e.g. too many pages, design is not perfect, it takes too much to navigate through the site)
Chapter 2 : Enter the hero (the chatbot) - brief introduction of the chatbot, its purpose and capabilities (e.g. 24/7, fast response times). Visual : Image of the chatbot displayed as a super-hero (show the logo)
Chapter 3 : Power of the chatbot (highlight the features and the benefits of the chatbot)
Chapter 4 : The transformation (how the customer experience is transformed - reduce wait times, increase customer satisfaction)
Chapter 5 : Meet the team (brief introduction of the team members who develop and manage the chatbot - names and roles (individual photos of the team members or group photo of the team)
Chapter 6 : Future plans (outline the future enhancements and vision for the chatbot) - upcoming features, long-term goals.
