Draft wireframes for team

"Desktop" events/news section needs to be clarified. Expect 1-4 upcoming events at any time
Project section: for technical considerations see https://github.com/codingdavinci/relaunch2018/issues/9#issuecomment-418659111. Better if hover-over displays 1-sentence description of project (see brief), rather than whole project description.
Founders: No need to list founders in main content - footer is enough. Details listed in issue #22.
About section: keep this simple.
Social media: no twitter feed on landing page.
Call to action "Get involved" button - could connect with testimonials.
2-sprachigkeit: language options at top of page (not in menu overlay or as sticky). Primary language will be German. English option available for only some pages (incl. most about pages, possibly single event page, some news articles, landing page. Unlikely to be used for datasets, projects) - would be great if the language controls also indicate when an English version is available (eg. button/link is greyed out if no English version is available).
Menu overlay looks great - but not a good place for the language controls.
Google font used in wireframes. Ok for now. Will need to find something open for final screen designs.
