Add Favicon to site #31

This is the favicon used on FAC

Do we need to optimise it at all?

It looks like other sites use apple-touch-icon images as well - I've not used those before, is it worth also adding one of those? Anyone icon savvy?

I'd say just use the FAC favicon (at least for now anyway). We need it to be related to Founders and Coders anyway.

We can ask dan later on.
